The heat source can be natural gas, electricity, steam, liquefied gas, electromagnetic, light oil, heavy oil, biological particles, heat transfer oil, coal, etc. This set of equipment can be customized according to the customer's production output, process, plant layout, etc.
De-oiling machine: De-oiling machine for pine nuts, with large capacity and high speed, the speed of which can reach 800-1000 rpm.
Screening machine: separate the empty shells in the pine nuts, screen the specific gravity, and adjust the air volume.
Cooling machine: It is used for rapid cooling of pine nuts, improving the crispness of pine nuts, reducing the surface oil content of pine nuts, and facilitating the manual selection process in the next link. The equipment can be specially customized according to the output, plant area and height.
