Uses: Suitable for fried tofu skewers, tempura, various coated and prepared foods and various fried foods with high requirements on the appearance of fried products and low oil injection.
Features: The oil curtain fryer is non-immersion frying. The fried products are sprayed with hot oil through the upper multi-channel oil curtain. The material is transported on the mesh belt and fully contacted with the hot oil and heated for frying. After frying, the material is taken out. The equipment uses less oil and is easy to clean. With external heating, the temperature can be adjusted according to the fried products, the temperature control is precise, and the temperature in the whole frying is uniform. The fast oil flow circulates through the filter to continuously clean the oil residue in the fryer, which greatly prevents hardening and sedimentation and damage to the frying oil. The fried products keep the original arrangement on the conveyor belt, eliminating the risk of mutual adhesion between products, ensuring the integrity and appearance of the fried products, and meeting the needs of different production to the greatest extent. The heat source can be natural gas, electricity, steam, liquefied gas, electromagnetic, light oil, heavy oil, biological particles, heat transfer oil, coal, etc. This set of equipment can be customized according to the customer's production output, process, plant layout, etc.
